A joint meeting with the Midwest Archaeological Conference!
Here is a general schedule:
- Wednesday (October 29) – Heritage Bus Tour (day trip) and Early Bird Party (evening)
- Thursday (October 30) – presentations AM/PM; Happy Hour Poster Session; evening receptions
- Friday (October 31) – presentations AM/PM; evening Banquet & Speaker
- Saturday (November 1) – presentations AM
Start planning now! We want this to be a collaborative meeting with joint sessions combining topics of interest to both regions!
Special note to students and their mentors: start planning now to participate in the student paper and poster competitions! Plains and MAC will each offer their own competitions and prizes (details to follow when the meeting registration page opens this summer), but all student posters will be scheduled as part of the Thursday Happy Hour session. Student papers will be scheduled as part of general sessions or symposia based on topic areas.
