Presenter Biography:

David Feinman joined Conservation Lands Foundation as Government Affairs Director in 2017. Prior to joining CLF, he served in key government affairs roles for three foreign policy non-profit organizations, and before that served on the staffs of former Congressman Robert Wexler of Florida and former Congresswoman Shelley Berkley of Nevada. David is also an adjunct professor at American University in Washington, DC, where he teaches courses on Congress and Legislative Behavior and a Dialogue Skills Practicum on Grassroots Advocacy and Coalition Building.
