Welcome to our new workshop series designed for anyone who works with volunteers! In this 5-part series we’ll cover all the basics of volunteer engagement including program design, recruitment, management, retention, and leadership development. During each session you’ll get to brush up on the basics, address common challenges, and learn from others working in similar roles.
*This workshop is open to anyone who works with volunteers directly. This workshop a cohort in the sense that we want folks to commit to all the sessions and participants will get to talk/work/learn from other participants

Our final session together will be a deep dive into developing your strongest volunteers. Whether you’re just looking for them to take a little extra work off your plate, or if you’re looking to support their growth into full-fledged leaders capable of managing volunteers themselves, this final session is for you!
