NPS LWCF Section 106 Program Alternative Webinar

Description
The National Park Service State and Local Assistance Programs Division, in partnership with States, territories, and local governments administers the Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF Program).
The NPS is working to improve how the Section 106 review process is carried out for the LWCF Program in collaboration with States Partners, State and Tribal Historic Preservation Offices, Tribal Nations, Native Hawaiian organizations, Alaskan Native Corporations, consulting parties, and the public.
NPS is requesting initial feedback on how it carries out the Section 106 process for its undertakings and whether and how a program alternative could be developed to improve the Section 106 process for these undertakings.
