Are you passionate about history and eager to share your expertise, insights, and innovative approaches with a vibrant community of history and museum professionals? The American Association for State and Local History is accepting session proposals for the 2025 Annual Conference through Friday, December 13. This year's theme, "The American Experiment," explores experiments in our history, society, and historic sites.

Why Submit a Proposal? This is your chance to:

  • Inspire and Lead: Showcase your projects, research, and experiments to a national audience.
  • Engage with Your Community: Exchange ideas with leaders, professionals, and volunteers committed to impactful history work.
  • Drive Change: Help shape conversations that promote inclusivity and community and civic engagement.

What We’re Looking For. We welcome sessions that:
