NPS: Closing/Final FY2021 THPO Grant Deadline

Description

Final financial forms that need to be completed as part of a Final Report are:  

•  SF-425, Federal Financial Report (Reporting on the last three years, Oct 2020 – Sep 2023)  
•  SF-424A, Final Budget Form   
• SF-428B, Final Tangible Personal Property Report  (Required if equipment was purchased over $5,000)   

The forms SF-424A, SF-428A and SF-428B should be submitted as an attachment under the PPR section of reports in Grant Solutions.  The PPR section of Grant Solutions is not used for annual accomplishment report.
