NPS: Annual Accomplishments THPO Report Deadline

• Required under both your NPS THPO Agreement and your HPF grant annual report, and can be completed electronically through the following link -  https://forms.office.com/g/9Hr243cUyk 
• Please note that all Tribes with a THPO Agreement, signed by October 1, 2022, must submit an Annual Activities/Accomplishments Report regardless of whether funds were applied for or received.   

  See the attached sample of the report to prepare your answers before entering. Be sure to link here to the attachment.

• All eligible reimbursements on the expiring grants must be drawn down from ASAP by December 31.
