The Udall Foundation, in collaboration with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Environmental Justice, is hosting a virtual event titled: Intergovernmental Relations in NEPA Processes: Tools, Resources, and Considerations for Tribal Nations and Indigenous Peoples Working with Federal Agencies. The event will be held September 8th, 2022 (12 – 2 p.m. Eastern) and will explore collaboration between Federal agencies, Tribal Nations, and Indigenous Peoples, including tools and approaches that may enhance partnerships between Tribal Nations and the Federal Government in the context of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) implementation
